If you are considering joining St. Anthony Parish, there are several ways to obtain a registration form for your convenience.

With our partner parish, St. Joseph, all St. Anthony registration forms will be processed at the St. Joseph Parish Office at 79 Case Ave., Sharon, PA 16146.

Other Ways To Register     

- Stop by St. Joseph Church Office during office hours, M-TH from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.

- Call St. Joseph's office at 724-981-3232 and a St. Anthony Registration Form will be mailed to you.

- Pick up a St. Anthony Registration Form located in the Vestibule of the Church and mail it to St.       Joseph Parish.
